1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the ph364 website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the ph364 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

1.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph364 platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments thereto.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ph364 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ph364.

1.4 ph364 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file. Your continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible to register and use the ph364 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of ph364 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the ph364 platform or any affiliated platform for any reason.

2.2 ph364 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ph364 may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ph364 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ph364 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). ph364 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PhilSys National ID, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account, bank statement).

3.4 Account Dormancy. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ph364 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which are available upon request from customer support.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your ph364 account at any time by contacting customer support. All pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures prior to closure. ph364 reserves the right to retain account records for a minimum of five (5) years following closure for regulatory compliance purposes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph364 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding methods are strictly prohibited on the ph364 platform: (a) cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset; (b) credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations; (c) third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. ph364 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the ph364 platform for each payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. ph364 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation if ph364 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph364 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 ph364 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. ph364 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all active bonuses.

5.5 ph364 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the ph364 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems operated by licensed game providers. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not subject to manipulation by ph364 or any third party.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph364 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account. ph364's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games on the ph364 platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

6.5 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph364 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;

8. Responsible Gaming

11.3 ph364 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph364's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination and Suspension

12.1 ph364 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.

12.2 Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), ph364 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is confirmed, ph364 may forfeit the account balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

12.3 Upon termination not for cause (i.e., at ph364's discretion without player fault), any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.4 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting ph364 customer support. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the termination date.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall first be submitted to ph364 customer support for informal resolution. ph364 will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph364 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ph364 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the ph364 website at ph364.club/terms-conditions.

14.2 Where changes are material, ph364 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address or mobile number on file before the amended Terms take effect.

14.3 Your continued use of the ph364 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14.4 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ph364 recommends checking this page whenever you receive a notification of changes.
